Terms and Conditions of NLG Airport Transfers Ltd.

Introduction

  • Company Licensing and Insurance: NLG Airport Transfers Ltd. holds a full license from South Cambridgeshire's authority, under license number PO261307, and has comprehensive Hire & Reward insurance.
  • Booking and Website Usage: Our terms apply to all who use our website. You can book our services via email, phone (+44 777 8888 995), text, or through our website's booking portal.

Booking Confirmation and Pricing

  • Review Process: Occasionally, errors in pricing and availability on our website may occur. Bookings are not final until they undergo a manual review, potentially taking up to one working day. After this, a confirmation detailing booking specifics will be sent.

Responsibilities and Liability

  • Missed Flights: The company is not responsible for missed flights due to various reasons such as traffic issues, breakdowns, or severe weather. We recommend planning to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
  • Luggage and Passenger Capacity: It's essential to ensure your booked vehicle can accommodate all passengers and luggage. All luggage must be secured in the boot, adhering to Private Hire regulations.
  • Animal Transport: The transportation of animals is contingent on prior agreement and requires suitable containment.

Travel Details and Route

  • Journey Route: The driver decides the journey route. We need your UK arrival times, not departure details. Notify us promptly of any significant flight delays.

Vehicle Provision and Service Surcharges

  • Vehicle Allocation: While we mostly use our own fleet, third-party vehicles might be utilized. An upgrade to a higher vehicle class may occur if your selected vehicle is unavailable. A 50% surcharge applies on services from 12:00 on 24th December to 23:59 on 26th December, and from 12:00 on 31st December to 23:59 on 1st January, among other possible dates.

Policies and Notices

Waiting Time

  • Airport Collections: A one-hour waiting period post-flight landing is standard. Thereafter, a £20/hr charge applies. Any special collection requests must be communicated via email in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellations are accepted with a 24-hour notice and must be confirmed via email. In case of no email confirmation, contact us at +44 777 8888 995. Refunds are not available if the cancellation is less than 24 hours

prior to pickup, or in case of a no-show.

Complaint Handling

  • Procedure: Complaints should be sent to our email within 7 days of the occurrence. We may record calls for quality and training purposes.
